We put young people front & centre of campaigns for brands, charities, public services & more, fighting to centre marginalised voices & co-creating campaigns with Black, Asian, minority ethnic & low-socio-economic young people.

Using arts & culture, we connect both directly with young people & an engaged network of Gen Z change-makers, creating valuable conversations & empowering our clients to invest in, engage with & meaningfully impact the next generation.

CRTVE DEVELOPMENT X WE ARE!

Programmed & delivered a 4-day series of capacitation workshops in Nairobi with creative hubs from across Africa, providing training focused on climate-related policy education, community participation and an arts & media up-skilling programme. Speakers included PACJA, Africa No Filter, Docubox, and Greenpeace. Crtive Development awarded the hubs grants to produce their own creative responses to climate justice, to be platformed in their communities & at COP27.

SERPENTINE GALLERY X SERPENTINE STUDIOS

Repositioned the gallery as a space for Gen Z by launching Serpentine Studios, a diverse, youth-led creative studio with 10-week programme. Outputs to date include artistic responses to James Barnor & Herve Telemaque exhibitions, content creation, event at The Pavilion + 2 exhibitions from the collective at Coal Drops Yard, Kings Cross. In partnership with POCC. 

UNITED NATIONS X PURPOSE X WE WILL…AGAIN

Highlighted the importance of COVID vaccine equity by engaging global artists, filmmakers & influencers in a multi-channel digital campaign, creating a bank of original art targeting young activists showcased in Times Square and on WeTransfer’s homepage.

LONDON BOROUGHS OF ISLINGTON & CAMDEN X WHAT YOU SAYING?

Centred 16–30-year-old Black, Asian & minority ethnic Londoners in the COVID conversation – creating the ‘What You Saying?’ brand as a safe-space of professional advice and experience-sharing supported by BBC 1Xtra’s Richie Brave and NHS frontline workers & TikTok stars Dr Emeka and Dr Veena. 

EARLY INTERVENTION FOUNDATION X SPEAK OUT

Created branding and messaging for this youth engagement campaign targeting Black, Asian and minority ethnic young people and families through a national piece of research exploring experiences of accessing family services. Recommendations will inform government and organisations to ensure young people and families get the help they need. 

HACKNEY EMPIRE

Facilitate the iconic theatre’s free creative arts provision and training for under 25s, delivering accessible bespoke projects by and for young people. 2022 saw us mentor and support the Young Producers to deliver a 3-day festival at The National Theatre’s River Stage on the South Bank.

MILLION MINDS TOUR

After smashing a Guinness World Record for the world’s biggest mental health lesson in 2018, we went on the road and educated 2.5k+ young people with the UK’s biggest mental health tour culminating at Birmingham’s NEC.

DECIEM X TAKE BACK BLACK FRIDAY

Encouraged consumers to slow down & connect with people over products; as part of this global campaign all stock was removed from stores & we took over the Covent Garden space with a day of live musical programming.

TIATA FAHODZI

Managing a 25th anniversary rebrand and developing the youth audiences of this fearless theatre company telling stories rich with languages, races, cultures and identities.

IT’S OUR TIME

Helped drive the biggest surge of people under 30 who cared about climate change to register to vote in the 2019 snap UK General Election.

SOHO MUSIC MONTH / SHAFTESBURY PLC

Recruited and mentored 17–24-year-olds to deliver two major arts & culture festivals with 50+ events featuring the likes of Red Bull, gal-dem, Ashley Walters and GRM Daily from a pop-up gallery on Carnaby St.

COMPULSORY SUBJECTS

Partnering with Yamin Choudry & poet Hussain Manawer, we helped emerging Gen Z artists, creative entrepreneurs & arts activists learn how to apply their skills, personality & creativity to a business & empower themselves to create opportunities with this 1-week crash course covering everything they’re not taught in school.

UNITE FOUNDATION

Raised awareness of this university scholarship for care experienced students with wins on key youth platforms including BBC Radio 1Xtra, in 2022 we launch their photobook and exhibition celebrating 10 years of the charity with an event at the BFI.

SMALL GREEN SHOOTS

Advise and manage media communications for this youth-led charity which offers an alternative to the conventional system for education, training and entry into the jobs market.

NHS X REPREZENT

Repackaged accessibility to NHS mental health provisions for young people by creating a radio platform empowering young people to discuss the topic on their own terms.

A collective of young people we have mentored since they first came together as part of 2018’s Soho Music Month. Now a successful creative collective, we continue to advise and mentor on an ongoing basis.

Collaborated cross-agency to deliver and promote a ten-week series of youth programming for Converse CONS Project which welcomed 50k young people, with a launch party from Pusha T.
